Every Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) is required to register for tax.

As you’re a member of the LLP, through which you own your home, we need your UTR in order to file a tax return each year. You won’t receive any profits and therefore you’ll not pay any tax under the LLP.

Once you’ve sent your UTR to us we’ll take care of the rest of the tax return on behalf of the LLP each year. You don’t need to do anything else.
