WayinVideo provides tools for video understanding, clipping, editing, generation, export, and publishing.
You are responsible for making sure you are allowed to use the content you bring into WayinVideo and the content you publish from it.
The basic rule
Only use WayinVideo with content that you own, created, licensed, or have permission to use.
Using WayinVideo does not give you copyright or commercial rights to content you do not already have the right to use.
Content you may use
You may use content such as:
Videos, audio, images, and assets you created
Content your company, client, or team authorized you to use
Licensed content, as long as your use follows the license terms
Public-domain or openly licensed content, as long as you follow the required conditions
Your own livestreams, webinars, podcasts, product videos, courses, interviews, and recordings
If you are working for a client, employer, brand, or partner, confirm that your permission covers the action you plan to take, including clipping, editing, exporting, paid ads, monetization, and publishing.
Content you should not use
Do not use WayinVideo to upload, import, edit, export, or publish content that:
You do not own or have permission to use
Was obtained by bypassing paywalls, access controls, private links, or platform restrictions
Infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights
Misleads people about who created, sponsored, endorsed, or appeared in the content
Violates the rules of the source platform or destination platform
Contains illegal, abusive, exploitative, or otherwise prohibited material
Public links and platform content
A public link does not mean the content is free to reuse.
If you import a video from a supported platform, you are still responsible for confirming that you can edit, export, publish, or monetize it.
AI-generated and edited outputs
WayinVideo may help generate clips, subtitles, thumbnails, titles, hooks, descriptions, edits, or other outputs.
You are responsible for reviewing those outputs before using them. Generated or edited output may still include protected content, brand names, people, music, or other material that requires permission.
Copyright claims and platform actions
Rights owners or platforms may flag, mute, remove, demonetize, restrict, or reject content even if it was created or exported through WayinVideo.
If that happens, you may need to remove or replace the affected material, export a new version, use the platform's dispute process, or contact the rights owner.
WayinVideo may restrict, remove, or disable access to content that appears to violate copyright, platform rules, or the Terms of Use.
