We plan airport transfers for your group based on the flights that you are likely to use to get to the airport. We then schedule transfers for times that suit the most popular flight routes that we think you will take.

If you are taking a different route, or a route that is not as popular, you will just need to select the next available transfer time and wait in the airport for this to arrive.

In many cases, we would not usually consider adding additional transfers at different times - however you can enter your flight details online on your booking and we will monitor the responses. In the case that there is a new popular route, we may add an additional time to the schedule based on demand.

If you need to change to an earlier or later transfer, you can make this change yourself online if it is before the payment deadline.

After the payment deadline you will need to contact us to see if we are able to make that change for you, this is only possible based on availability.

If you're looking for a transfer within a particular time frame, availability might still be limited to one or two designated slots during that period. For example, where a transfer option does exist (such as a specific morning pickup leading to an afternoon arrival), it is likely the only viable choice in that timeframe. If no other times are available between two scheduled transfers, it means intermediate options are not offered.

When no available transfer aligns with your schedule (for example, a flight arrival time that is incompatible with the next earliest transfer), alternative solutions may need to be considered. One recommended approach is to book an independent transfer service to accommodate your timing needs. Please reach out to us for recommendations on which companies to use.
