Booking onto a trip and making your initial deposit payment
If you are at the point of paying your deposit to either confirm your booking or to join a waiting list, and are having issues making payment, please make sure you are entering the correct details and are using a valid, in-date payment method and that you have the funds available.
If you're facing issues, we recommend attempting payment on a different browser, device or payment card.
If your issues persist, please ask to speak to a member of the team and we will be able to assist further.
Prior to the payment deadline
All mandatory questions on the booking page must be answered before making payment. If the 'make payment' button is not visible on your booking, it's likely you will need to answer some questions.
The below will show on your booking summary.
You will be able to click on the pink 'complete options' to select your required and mandatory questions and options, once completed you'll then be able to make a payment.
Please ensure all questions and options have been selected. You can check this by looking at the status of each section. All completed sections and marked with a green tick, anything that isn't completed will be highlighted in pink.
Once you have gone through all the questions, you'll then have a link at the bottom of the page that will take you back to your booking summary.
Post payment deadline
Once the payment deadline for your trip has passed, you will no longer be able to edit your booking options. You will need to complete any unanswered questions prior to proceeding to the payment page.
