How does the waiting list work?

Find out if you have a chance of getting a place.

Written by NUCO Travel

Once a trip has sold out, the booking link will direct you to join a waiting list, if the package has a waiting list. To secure your place on the waiting list, you’ll need to pay the required trip deposit.

By paying a deposit for a waiting list booking, you are confirming you want to join the trip and you are requesting a place. Please make sure you are prepared to pay the full balance by the required payment deadline if your place is upgraded to a confirmed booking.

If a place does become available, we’ll process the waiting list in the order deposits were received. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a booking confirmation email and will be able to access your booking to select any available options. You’ll then need to pay the remaining balance by the payment deadline shown on your booking confirmation. If a place is confirmed after the payment deadline has passed, the full trip balance will be due at the time of confirmation.

If no place becomes available by the payment deadline, waiting list bookings are cancelled and deposits refunded.

Please note: if you are upgraded from the waiting list to a confirmed booking and then decide you no longer wish to attend the trip, our standard cancellation fees will apply. Once your booking has been confirmed, your deposit becomes non-refundable in line with these terms.
