How to Book
Use a Booking Link: Click the link shared on your committee’s social media or sent directly to you if you've booked with us last year.
Use a Package Code: If you don't have a link, log in or register on the NUCO website and enter your package code (usually on your committee's socials).
Early Access: Enter your early booking code to unlock the page and reserve your space.
When you book, you will be placed on either a Confirmed or Waiting List booking.
Confirmed Bookings Once you’ve paid your deposit and your place is confirmed, you can immediately select your priority options (Basic Details, Accommodation, and Transport) and book any additional trip extras, subject to availability.
Waiting List Bookings If you are on the waiting list, you must wait for your place to be confirmed before making your main booking selections.
What you CAN book now: Standard extras like equipment rentals and lessons.
What you CANNOT select yet: Limited-capacity extras like transport, accommodation tiers, and events.
Once your booking is upgraded to confirmed, you will receive an email and can then book all remaining options.
