Transport
Coach travel has limited capacity, so each transport option has a maximum number of available places. If your preferred option is full, you may be able to join a waiting list. We recommend only joining the waiting list for one transport option.
If your travel plans change and you no longer require the option you're waiting for, please remove yourself from the waiting list as soon as possible.
If additional capacity becomes available, or if another passenger removes their transport option or cancels their booking, free places will be allocated to customers on the waiting list in the order they joined.
If you are offered a place after the payment deadline and there is an additional charge, you must log in to your NUCO account and pay the outstanding balance as soon as your booking has been updated.
Events
Event tickets are subject to venue capacities, so each event has a limited number of places available. Once an event has sold out, a waiting list will be opened and you can add yourself if you would like to attend.
Additional places may become available if venue capacity increases or if another passenger removes the event from their booking or cancels their trip.
If you no longer wish to attend an event, please remove yourself from the waiting list as soon as possible. If you remain on the waiting list and are later allocated a place, any outstanding balance for the event must be paid through your NUCO account as soon as the booking is updated.
Accommodation
Accommodation upgrades are available in limited numbers and are often among the first extras to sell out. Once an accommodation level is full, a waiting list may be opened.
If additional space becomes available, or another passenger cancels their booking or removes their accommodation upgrade, places will be offered to customers on the waiting list in the order they joined.
Please note that accommodation upgrades will not be processed post payment deadline, as the room allocation process will already be underway.
If you no longer wish to remain on any waiting list, it is important that you log in to your NUCO account and remove yourself from the waiting list. This helps ensure that available places can be offered promptly to other customers and you aren't charged for an option that you no longer require or want.
