If you have just arrived in resort, please ask to speak to a member of the team and we'll contact the transfer company to see if this has been found. We'll then try and get it returned to you on the transfer back to the airport, if this isn't possible, we'll put you in touch with the transfer company directly so you can arrange getting the item back directly with them
