Once you arrive in resort, you'll need to collect your room keys, these will be available to collect at the location shown on your app.
From the accommodation reception: head directly to your accommodation reception and collect your keys from the staff
From the agency reception: some rooms are managed by a company that has an office based in resort, please head there to collect your keys and then go back to your accommodation with your keys to enter your room
From a rep in resort: The rep will meet you either at the coach drop off point, your accommodation reception or agency reception or at a location nearby, like a sports hall, tourist office or publicly known area nearby
From your roommates: If they have already arrived in resort, they will already have access and you can head directly to your room
