In previous years, an eTicket will have been an email with a pdf attachment that contained any booked transport and your accommodation information. All other aspects of your booking would be sent via email along with a unique QR code.

We have now reimagined the eTicket, and this information is now being held in your NUCO Travel booking under a section called My Trip, as well as in the NUCO Travel app for easy access during your holiday.

All information and QR codes for your trip (such as accommodation, transport, lessons, events, lift pass etc) will be accessible in the NUCO Travel app and on the My Trip area of your booking.

Ahead of your arrival into please ensure you have downloaded the NUCO Travel app. The app is available to download on both iOS and Android. Important updates to your booking will be sent via the app, so please have your notifications turned on.

Trip information and QR codes will only show once you receive an email from us advising that your eTickets is now live. You will receive this within 14 days of your departure.

If the rest of your group has received their eTicket email but you have not, please go to your NUCO account to view your booking here and check My Trip. Please also check your spam/ junk folders as this may have been directed to that inbox.
