In previous years, an eTicket will have been an email with a pdf attachment that contained any booked transport and your accommodation information. All other aspects of your booking would be sent via email along with a unique QR code.
As of season 2024/25, we reimagined the eTicket and this is now being held in your NUCO Travel booking under a section called My Trip. All information needed for your trip; transport, accommodation, hire, lessons and events, will all be held online in My Trip. The My Trip section of your booking is your electronic tickets for your holiday.
The My Trip section of your account will only show once your receive an email from us advising that your eTickets and My Trip is now live. You will receive this within 14 days of your departure.
If the rest of your group has received their eTicket email but you have not, please go to your NUCO account to view your booking here and check My Trip. Please also check your spam/ junk folders as this may have been directed to that inbox.
