Booking your place on Varsity Trip during First Release on 1st August means you can secure your booking with a £150 deposit and with just a few booking options to select, confirming your place is quick and simple.
The benefit of booking during First Release also means you can select your accommodation and transport before anyone else. This year, we will be offering three accommodation options:
Basic accommodation - 2* basic self-catered apartments at full occupancy*, which is included in your base price.
Standard accommodation - 3* self-catered apartments at full occupancy*, which is an additional £49 per person for the week
Upgraded accommodation - 4* self-catered apartments at under occupancy*, which is an additional £149 per person for the week
Premium accommodation - 5* self-catered apartments at under occupancy*, which is an additional £249 per person for the week
* Full Occupancy includes sofa beds in communal areas and/or small alcoves with bunk beds; some apartments may have a double bed which will be allocated to two people.
* Under Occupancy will have no one sleeping on sofa beds in communal areas, each passenger will have a bed in a bedroom. Some bedrooms may have double beds or bunk beds; in each case two people will have to sleep in that bedroom.
All other booking options such as events, equipment hire, lessons and merchandise will be available to add to your booking at a later date.
