■Activity is a convenient function that clearly manages progress and past flows of tasks such as leasing, fixing, tenant leaving etc which require approval or agreement from owners.

■In the management of Activity, Activity Master is the template used to save required notices in a fixed format.
■Please inform us if you seek for templates, as Wealth Park will register you to recommended templates.

1. Click "Activity Master" from "Activity".

2. Once the Activity Master page opens, select "Create Activity Master".

3. Fill in required contents. The customize input area can be edited each time, therefore submitting it blank is not an issue, or you can input part of your content such as ‘Leasing date:’ or ‘Rent:’ only.

You can preview your content input on the right card.

*You can select a notification type from three formats below.

Use this template in cases needing an ‘Approve’ or ‘Decline’ response from owners. This format requests owners a reason input in cases of ‘Decline’

Example: Requesting owners approval for repair estimates or tenant applications.

Use this template in cases needing a ‘Confirm’ response from owners.

Example: Notifying owners about fixing orders/completion of leasing procedures.

Use this template in cases requiring a ‘Yes’ or ‘No’ response from owners.

Example: Requesting owners an agreement for fixing orders and questions regarding property management.
