What is activity



■Activity is a convenient function that clearly manages progress and past flows of tasks such as leasing, fixing, tenant leaving etc which require approval or agreement from owners.

■In the management of Activity, Activity Master is the template used to save required notices in a fixed format.

■ Activity feed is a notice sent to owners using a fixed template.

How to Send Activities



1. Click "Activity" from "Activity".

2. Once you are on the Activity page, select "create Activity'"

3. Select activity master to automatically show content of template.

4. Input required items and click "Send".
■In the "Chat Topic" column, only topics used in the past under the owner can be selected.

If there is no past communication in chat, only "General Topic" used to send initial messages will be available to select.

5. Successfully Sent!!

You can go directly to operation or the chatroom.

How to check Activity Status


In operation, you can check sent activity status.

1. Use the pulldown menu on the left and narrow down past flows by owner, category, status, created date etc. Thus, owner response status can be confirmed at a glance.

2. If you click the activity, the card you want to check will appear on the right.

If you have replied or resubmitted towards this activity, scroll down to see the past flow.


👇 Click the 💭 mark to go to the chat room.

Click the : mark to "Delete" or "Abort" activity.

How owner see the Activity you sent


*Activity requests will be shown on both owner's activity page and in chat.

*Confirmation and Yes/No type formats will request owners a reason input in cases of "Decline".


*In cases of decline, the management company can click "resubmit" and send a new request.
