Using the flight itinerary copier tool, you can copy and paste your flight details to send to your customers, for internal reporting purposes, or to be used elsewhere on your computer or device. Watch the below video to find out how to use this.

How to copy your flight itinerary before eBooking

Firstly, you’ll need to make a search for live rates by clicking on the New eBooking button. Then select your rate.

On the review and book page before finalizing your eBooking, look for a small blue square. This is located next to the airport IATA codes.

Click on this button to copy all the details for the flight.

Once copied, paste the details into an external document or email to send to your customers. Paste by clicking the right mouse button and selecting Paste from the options.

How to copy your flight itinerary from the My eBooking tab

After placing your eBooking, you can find its details in the My eBooking tab. Click on it to see a list of all your eBookings. Then click on the individual eBooking.

Then click on the paper symbol.

Your flight details will now be copied to your computer or device, ready to be pasted.

Paste to another location by clicking the right mouse button and selecting Paste from the options.
