It is possible to integrate your Exchange/Office 365 account with webCRM. This is also necessary if you would like to send emails from webCRM.
On top of that, you can synchronize your calendars (webCRM and Exchange) to make sure you can see all your appointments in both calendars, no matter where they have been created.
You can connect your Exchange account with webCRM by clicking on your initials in the top right corner and choose External Credentials Settings:
Here you can choose between Google and Exchange. Choose Exchange and Sign in with Microsoft:
After connecting your account, you have to choose what you would like to activate:
If you want to send out emails from webCRM, you activate For Email. Once that is done, you can choose if you want to save the emails you send in Outlook as well, and whether you only want to save single emails or also mass emails.
All emails are of course saved in webCRM.
If you want to synchronize the webCRM calendar with your Exchange calendar, then you activate that here.
And if you would like to synchronize emails from Outlook to webCRM, activate this one (read more about email synchronization and the folders in Outlook here).
Note: This folder feature is only available in the Exchange synchronization, Google does not offer this.
Remember to Save, and then you are good to go.
