You can see all details about your license type and the number of users, as well as make changes, if you click on Gear icon → Configurations → License.
Current user count: The number of active users currently in use
Current maximum users: The total number of users you have a license for
Maximum users: Here you can select a new number of users if you need to have more active users. If you have chosen a new number you need to click Save to upgrade your license count.
WARNING: If you increase the maximum number of users, an invoice will automatically be issued to cover the additional cost for the new users for the remainder of the current license period. Payment must be received within 8 days.
If you lower the maximum number of users you will be charged for the new lower number of licenses in the next license period.
Note: The lowering of the maximum number of users will take effect immediately.
Note: You can not lower the maximum number of users to a lower number than the current number of users. If you want a lower number you must first deactivate users.
License type
Your system will be one of three possible packages: Starter package, SMB package or Enterprise package.

Upgrade your license
If you wish to upgrade your license you can select the new version in the "License type" drop down list:
Please note that upgrading from Free trial to Standard, SMB or Enterprise will confirm your order for the number of users you have defined under "Maximum users".
Be sure that all information about your company is filled in so that we can send a correct invoice.
