On the Dashboard tab you can get a general overview of sales and activities in webCRM

General Introduction

As a 99 user/administrator you can get an overview of sales, pipeline/offers and users' activities on the Dashboard tab.
You can also watch a short video about PowerBI and webCRM here:

At the bottom you will find 3 tabs each with their own dashboard: Sales, Pipeline and User Dashboard.

Filtering

Difference in filters ("this visual" vs. "this page"). You can see 2 boxes with filtering, which are called "Filter on this visual element" and "Filter on this page", and the difference is that upper one is filtering on the specific element you've clicked on, and the lower one is e.g. a date range for the entire page.

Date filtering

By default, the filtering is set to "All". You can filter the date in different ways:

Advanced filtering

Just like the filtering from webCRM's overviews/reports where you can select some and/or criteria as well as "is", "is not", etc:

Basic filtering

Here you select a specific date for which you would like to see data:

Relative date

You can use this filter if you need to see a future or previous period:

Relative time

This filter is used as above but on time instead of date:

Access restriction


Dashboards are by default only available to 99 users/administrators.

If other users in the system must have access to the Dashboards, this can be changed at the individual access level under Configurations -> Main settings -> Access levels

Standard dashboards

These dashboards are standard and cannot be customized beyond date filtering. However, it is possible to have specific dashboards built as an additional purchase, which is created by our consultants.

Update frequency

Standard dashboards are updated once a day around 2 am. If you need dashboards to be updated in real time, it can be purchased as an add-on to your license. Figures and graphs will thus be updated approx. every 5 minutes.
