Updated over 2 years ago

Sales Dashboard

On the Sales Dashboard, you see 5 reports which show number of orders spread out by customer status (Orders by status), number of orders spread out by salesperson (Orders per salesperson), Revenue, lost orders and revenue spread out per salesperson.

Details

You can click on a certain status and then the other reports/graphs will adapt, and this also applies if you click on a seller, on a year or revenue per salesperson.

You can reset this by clicking anywhere else on the page.

On order status and orders per salesperson you can sort (or reverse the sorting) by clicking on the arrows.

Period/filtering

As standard this tab shows all orders that are in webCRM (not time-limited). However you can filter on both order value, responsible and date:

You can read more about the different date filtering options in this article PowerBI - Introduction

You can also watch a short video about webCRM and PowerBI below:

Standard dashboards

These dashboards are standard and cannot be customized beyond date filtering. However, it is possible to have specific dashboards built as an additional purchase, which is created by our consultants.

Update frequency

Standard dashboards are updated once a day around 2 am. If you need dashboards to be updated in real time, it can be purchased as an add-on to your license. Figures and graphs will thus be updated approx. every 5 minutes.
