The User Dashboard gives you a general overview of ongoing activities in webCRM

User Dashboard

On the User Dashboard you have the opportunity to get an overview of the various activities (meeting, activities, top customers, pipeline and orders) in webCRM.

Top customers, pipeline and orders

The first thing you see is Top customers i.e. which customers you have sold the most to. Then pipeline which shows the order value in the pipeline spread out among the various sellers and the same with orders in the box below, were the order value is also spread out on the sellers.

In the Top customers box you can hover your mouse over one of the purple bars and see the revenue. You can also click on the bar and see which sellers were responsible for that revenue.
If you click on a salesperson under Orders you will see on which top customers that salesperson has been responsible for the revenue.

Activities and meetings
In the last two boxes you get an idea of what activity is taking place in webCRM. These two boxes give you an overview of ongoing activities and meetings in the current week:

Standard dashboards

These dashboards are standard and cannot be customized beyond date filtering. However, it is possible to have specific dashboards built as an additional purchase, which is created by our consultans.

Update frequency

Standard dashboards are updated once a day around 2 am. If you need dashboards to be updated in real time, it can be purchased as an add-on to your license. Figures and graphs will thus be updated approx. every 5 minutes.
