Consent på personkortet i webCRM

Consent ni webCRM is registered by creating a multiselect list in webCRM with the different options (could be product newsletter, system updates etc.) You can create up to 99 options in a multiselect list.

You create the list under Configurations -> Custom fields -> Persons

When they are created, you can register the consent on the contact/person card. If they do not show immediately, you might need to log out of webCRM and in again:

When the respons data (emails opened, clicked etc.) is sent from Apsis and back to webCRM, it will be registered on the contact/person card under the "Apsis" tab. Here you can also sort in the event type (open, click, bounce, unsubscribe).

Note: It is only respons data from emails that are sent to webCRM (not other MA-flow nodes), og events (opens and clicks) are updated once per hour, so you might experience some delays in seeing the data in webCRM.

Make reports/overviews in webCRM

Respons data from Apsis

It is possible to make reports/overviews in webCRM that show response data from Apsis in webCRM. The data type should be "E-mail hændelseslog" and then you can set filters like date for example.

Then the report will look like this:

Make a report/overview for synchronizing contacts to Apsis

You can make reports/overviews on contacts/persons in webCRM, that you would like to synchronize to Apsis. You can choose to automatically update these reports once per day, if it is a report that will be updated continuously in webCRM.

The data type has to be contacts/ persons, also if you would like to synchronize persons that have bought a cerain product for example.

If that is the case, you need to use the special filter below the normal filtering. Here you can choose a special filter called "with orders" or "with activities". .

When you have chosen this, you can then set up your normal filtering for the chosen entity, like quotation lines, orders, activities etc.

When the report/overview has been made in webCRM, you can then in Apsis choose to import it and set it as "recurring" under the webCRM integrationen itself.

Note: The update happens once per day, usually around midnight!

Opret aktiviteter i webCRM via Marketing Automation Flow i Apsis

As part of your MA flow (Marketing automation flow) in Apsis you can create activities in webCRM based on certain events. You can read more about how that works in Apsis here.

If you have notifications activated in webCRM, the activity responsible will get a notification, once the activity is created:

Here it will say that Apsis ONE has created an activity:

The activity will look like this (description and action are set in Apsis) and in the activity log you will be able too see, that the Apsis ONE API has created the activity and when:
