How to work with products in webCRM

Products can be used to record the details of items provided to your Customers. These could be equipment, subscriptions, contracts, warranties etc. This is useful for tracking expiry dates, renewal dates, serial numbers of Products and more. A key part of Customer service is knowing the details of their purchases so that if they need help or support, your team has the information it needs in a few clicks.

This type of Data can also be used to proactively communicate with your existing Customers, remind them of renewals and expiries and offer them easy access to renew or buy more, for example.

Products do not have to be used in conjunction with Opportunities and Deliveries, but of course in many situations this is practical. webCRM allows you to link Products to your Opportunities and Deliveries for easy reference.

Products can be renamed and customised to suit your individual requirements.
