You can configure up to 99 different Currencies, each with a related Conversion value. You can then run single currency sales reports calculated using your conversion rates against all the other Currencies.

Multi-Currency is used the Opportunities and Sales Budgets modules.

​WARNING: if you have existing live Data in the system then editing Drop down lists could affect your Data
