If you experience that not all of the recipient on your list, receives an e-mail, it usually i because a previous e-mail has bounced, and therefore the e-mail is marked as Bounced in webCRM, and the Person will no longer be receiving e-mails.
There can be a lot of different reasons, to why an e-mail is bounced. You can see examples and codes of these, below:
In webCRM you can see if the e-mail is Bounced with a mark in the field E-mail Bouncer - Primary e-mail or E-mail bouncer - Secondary e-mail on the Contactperson.
In this article we are using the Primary e-mail field as an example.
If an e-mail is bounced in from webCRM, the system will automatically mark the e-mail adress in the field, and hereafter, mass e-mails will not be send to this e-mail going forward. This security precaution makes sure, that you dont keep sending e-mails to addresses that fx. doesn't exist and keeps you off the risk, of being marked as spam.
