FAQ

Q: Why can't I withdraw assets after resetting Google Authenticator?

A: For risk control reasons, the system will prohibit asset withdrawals for 24 hours after the Google Authenticator reset has occurred on your account to ensure the safety of your account assets.

Q: I see "Operation is not allowed after high risk behavior" when I try to withdraw. What does this mean?

A: This message means a temporary withdrawal hold is still active on your account. A recent security change — such as resetting Google Authenticator, unbinding your email or phone number, or resetting your password — starts this hold automatically.

The hold lifts on its own. It lasts 24 hours if you made the change yourself in your account security settings, or 72 hours if we processed the change for you through the self-service reset page or a request form. No action is needed — please try your withdrawal again once the time has passed.

Q: The system is prompting 'invalid verification code.' How can I resolve this?

A: Please refer to the 2FA Code Error article for troubleshooting.
