Please ensure that your identification document is valid and not expired, nor expiring within the next 30 days.
Unsatisfactory Photo
Ensure your identification document is photographed in a well-lit environment with minimal holographic effects.
Please verify that your camera lens is clean to prevent the image from appearing blurry.
Incomplete Document Photograph
Ensure that the entire document, including all corners, is visible in the photograph. Do not submit partial images of the identification document.

Photographs should be taken directly from your phone's camera, with the document held in your hands or placed on a flat surface.
Damaged Documents
Visible wear, tear, or damage to the identification document may result in rejection.
Ensure that your document is in good condition and renew it as necessary.
Invalid Documents
Military identification, student cards, membership cards, and other non-government-issued documents are not accepted for verification.
Incorrect Photo Orientation
Selfie and identification photos may be incorrectly oriented due to hardware or software incompatibilities, particularly with tablet or iPad devices.
Please resubmit your documents or contact customer support for assistance.
Webcam Photographs
Using an external webcam or a laptop's built-in camera may cause issues with verification.
Do not use camera filters, mirrored effects, green screens, or intermediary software during the verification process.
Presence of Another Individual During Verification
The verification process should be conducted in a controlled environment without interruptions.
Avoid completing verification in crowded areas; ideally, perform the process alone and without disturbances.
If you are visually impaired and require assistance from a caretaker, please complete the verification and inform customer support for further assistance.
