If you want to close the running grid bot, please follow the steps in the image below.
Web operation step
Step 1: Open the Webot webpage and log in to your account, then click [Orders] - [Trading Bot orders].
Step 2: Select the order you want to close - [More] - [Stop the Bot].
Step 3: Before closing the bot, the system will display a sell option. You can choose whether to let the bot automatically sell the spot assets held within the bot, or choose not to sell and return the assets to your account.
App operation step
Step 1: Open the app and log in to your account. Go to [Bot], locate the bot order, and tap the three-line icon, then click [Close the Bot].
Step 2: Before closing the bot, a sell option will appear. You can choose whether to let the bot automatically sell the spot assets held within the bot, or choose not to sell and return the assets to your account. The pop-up will display the estimated amount you will receive.
