First of all, we're sorry to hear that your workshop or experience didn't go as planned.

Feedback is invaluable for us to be able to follow up on our workshops and talk with the craftsmen to understand their constraints and make any necessary adjustments. It's also invaluable if you're not satisfied with one of the site's features, because that's how we'll be able to improve in the future!
