Each Wecandoo workshop is designed as a learning and sharing experience, to be shared between a professional artisan and a group of novices.

The experiences are designed around three key moments:

  • The meeting with the artisan in their workshop ๐Ÿ˜

  • The introduction to the artisan's craft, and ๐Ÿ›

  • The creation of an object, which you can take with you at the end of your workshop ๐Ÿ’ช

Any examples?

Making a piece of jewellery with a jeweller ๐Ÿ’

Baking bread at a baker's ๐Ÿž

Learn how to use a potter's wheel with a ceramicist ๐Ÿœ

Where do the workshops take place?

The workshops take place directly within our artisan's own workshops.

When do the workshops take place? How long do they last?

The duration of each experience is specified on the dedicated page for each workshop. It is usually between 2 hours and one day.

Artisans are responsible for scheduling their workshops and endeavour to offer at least 2 slots per month per workshop.

How many participants are there per workshop?

There are usually between 1 and 8 people per workshop. It depends on the expert craft and the venues in which the workshops take place.

Is there anything I should bring?

Unless otherwise stated on the workshop page, you don't have to bring anything on the day of the workshop - the raw materials and the equipment will be provided by the artisan.

For any further information, don't hesitate to contact us via the chat available at the bottom right of this page, or via email at hello@wecandoo.com.

We hope to see you soon,

The Wecandoo team
