Sometimes an artisan may need to cancel a workshop: if he/she picks up a bug, a machine breaks down, or a personal problem happens, making cancellation unavoidable :(

✨ Don't worry, it's still a rare occurrence! Our artisans do everything possible to honor scheduled workshops.

If not, they will do their best to offer a solution.

In case of cancellation, the artisan or our team will contact you to reschedule your workshop for another time. You will then be able to choose a new date, directly from your Wecandoo account, under the heading "my workshops".
