Sometimes an artisan may have to cancel a workshop: a bug, a machine breakdown or a personal problem makes cancellation unavoidable.
Rest assured, this is rare! Our artisans do everything they can to keep workshops on schedule. If not, they will do their best to find a solution.
➡ In the event of a cancellation, you will receive an email and a text message inviting you to register for a new date.
You will then be able to choose a new date directly from your Wecandoo account under 'My Workshops'.
You will then be presented with 3 options:
Choose another date for the workshop in question (directly from your account). Click here to find out how to do this.
Turn your booking into a gift card valid for 1 year anywhere on the website.
Please note that this only works if your booking was paid for in full by credit card or using a gift code.
Opt for a refund if your booking was not made using a gift code. The refund can be made directly from your member's area!
Please note: If all or part of your booking was made using a gift code and the cancellation was made by the artisan, the gift code will be credited directly to your account! Gift codes are non-refundable.
Don't worry, all you have to do is enter the code again the next time you order from us.

No date available or not convenient for you? You can suggest a date to the artisan by going to the page for the workshop in question, then click on 'view dates' you will have a 'suggest a date' link at the bottom right.
From the 'View Dates' button, you can also sign up to receive an email alert (up to a maximum of 3 alerts) when new slots are available.
