Want to book a workshop but have problems paying?
Here are a few things to check:
Check your connection (sometimes the shopping cart can be aborted due to a poor quality connection)
Try using a different internet browser
Delete your cookies
Check your card balance (sometimes changing your card will solve the issue!)
If you are unsure whether your payment has been processed, log into your account and click on my orders.
If your order has been processed, a line like the one below will appear.
➡️ If the table is empty, it means that no workshop has been booked. You can then try again.
If the booking has not been confirmed but the place is no longer available, it means that your workshop / gift card may still be in your shopping cart!
A small 1 in a red circle will appear next to your shopping cart (top right, next to your profile).
Click on it to find your order. You will then be able to proceed to payment and final confirmation of your booking.
