My payment is not working, what should I do?

I have trouble paying for my order.

You want to do a workshop but you encounter problems when paying ?

Here are a few things to check:

  • Check your connection (sometimes the shopping cart can be aborted due to a poor quality connection)

  • Try using another Internet browser

  • Delete cookies

  • Check your card balance (sometimes changing your card will solve the issue!)

If you are unsure as to whether the payment has gone through, log into your account and click on my orders.

If your order has been processed, a line will appear as below.

➡️ If the table is empty, it means that no workshop has been booked. You can then try again.

If the booking has not been validated but the place is no longer available, it means your workshop / gift voucher might still be in your shopping cart!

A small 1 in a red circle will appear next to your shopping cart (top right, next to your profile).

Click on it to find your order. You will then be able to continue the steps leading to the payment and final validation of your booking.
