Why doesn't my workshop have the minimum number of participants?

  • Crafting requires a lot of work and time, so our artisans cannot run workshops with less than a certain number of participants (this threshold is indicated on each workshop page on our website).

  • This minimum number of participants allows the artisan to run a workshop while being sure that it will fit in with their yearly goals.

  • Some workshops only require 1 participant, in which case your place will be held once your application has been processed.

  • If the workshop requires more than one participant and your slot has to be cancelled, you will be informed as soon as possible.

You will then be given 3 options:

  1. Choose another date for the workshop (directly from your account). Click here to find out how to do this.

  2. Convert your booking into a gift card valid for 1 year, but only if your booking was made in full by credit card or in full using a gift code.
Please note that this only works if your reservation is fully paid for by credit card or fully paid for with a gift code.

  3. Opt for a refund if your booking was not made using a gift card.

Please note: If all or part of your booking was made using a gift card and the cancellation was made by the artisan, the gift card will be credited directly to your account! These are non-refundable.

Don't worry, all you have to do is enter the code again when you place your next order on our website.

Note :

  • There is no time limit on the "pending" status of your order. You can wait to reschedule your workshop.

  • No dates available or not convenient for you? You can suggest a date to the artisan by going to the page for the workshop in question, then clicking on 'View Dates' and you will see a 'Suggest a Date' link in the bottom right hand corner.

  • From the 'View Dates' button, you can also sign up to receive an email alert when new slots are available (up to a maximum of 3 alerts).
