Why doesn't my workshop have the minimum number of participants?

  • Crafting requires a lot of work and time, so our artisans cannot run workshops with less than a certain number of participants (this threshold is indicated on each workshop page on our website).

  • This minimum number of participants allows the artisan to run a workshop while being sure that it will fit in with their yearly goals.

  • Some workshops only require 1 participant, in which case your place will be held once your application has been processed.

  • If the workshop requires more than one participant and your slot has to be cancelled, you will be informed as soon as possible.

You will then be given 3 options:

Sadly, Wecandoo will be closing its activities in the UK, the Netherlands and Flanders on 31st March 2025. After this date, there will be no more slots available in the artisans’ calendars and any unused cards will be fully refunded to the buyer.

  1. Choose another date for the workshop (directly from your account). Click here to find out how to do this.

  2. Convert your booking into a gift card valid on whole website, but only if your booking was made in full by credit card or in full using a gift code.
Please note that this only works if your reservation is fully paid for by credit card or fully paid for with a gift code.

  3. Opt for a refund.
