Yes, it is! 😎

You will find the privatisation request form on the page of the chosen workshop, by clicking on the "Privatise the workshop" button.

If you can't find this button, it means that the artisan does not wish to open up his workshop for privatisation. Do not hesitate to choose another workshop! 😊

Do not forget to fill in all the boxes. You can make a request for one to ten slots with different dates and times. The artisan will then choose a time slot from the slots you have requested.

If you are too large a group, a note will appear to redirect you to a workshop that can accommodate you.

On the other hand, if there are not enough of you to privatise the workshop but you still want to request privatisation, it is possible: the artisan will then accept or not. If he accepts, you will simply have to pay the price for the minimum number of participants set for the privatisation of the workshop.

Good news, you can leave a note for the artisan and he will be able to answer you once he has received your request ✨

Click on "send".

The artisan will answer according to his availability as soon as possible. You will be informed by email and sms if your request has been accepted. You will then have 72 hours to confirm your booking. Payment will be made directly on the website by credit card as soon as the request is confirmed by the artisan. After this 72 hour period, we invite you to reiterate your request for privatisation.

If your request has been refused or has expired because the craftsman has not had time to respond, don't panic! You will also be informed by email 💌
