Wecandoo can help you organise your personal or professional events with a wide range of original, tailor-made workshops.
We have created a series of private workshops at a location of your choice: you don't have to go to the artisan's workshop, the artisan comes to you 😍.
Please note, however, that the artisan will come to your location within the limits of his perimeter and if your location meets the requirements listed under "Additional Information" on the workshop page.
The price of the workshop indicated on the relevant page (or to be agreed with the artisan) includes his travel expenses.
The principle of privatisation remains the same as for a classic privatisation, all you have to do is click on "Send a request".
Don't forget to fill in all the boxes before clicking "send"!
You can request between 1 and 10 slots, at different dates and times. The artisan will then choose a time slot from those you have suggested. If they can't accommodate your requests, they can make their own suggestions. You will receive an email informing you of this and you can book these slots if they suit you.
You can also specify your request in the text box provided: the artisan will be able to respond to your request when it is processed. Be sure to include the address of your location and the equipment available there, so that the artisan can organise his work as efficiently as possible.
The artisan will respond to your request within 72 hours, subject to availability. You will be informed by email and SMS if your privatisation request has been accepted, rejected or expired. 💌
If the artisan offers you one or more of the slots proposed, you will have 72 hours to finalise your booking. Payment is made directly on the site by credit card.
After this period, we will simply ask you to repeat your request.
