You can convert your booking into a gift card of the same value as the original workshop, valid for 1 year on all workshops on our website.
➡ Here's how to do it:
Log into your Wecandoo profile. If you have a problem logging into your account, an article will help you by clicking right here.
1. Go to 'My workshops', and click on 'Manage my reservation':
2. Click on the 'Cancel my booking' button. A window will appear. You can then click on 'Choose another workshop':
All you have to do is click on 'Confirm', and the gift card will be sent straight to your mailbox!
And that's it! ✨You've turned your booking into a gift card. You'll receive it by email and you can also find it in your personal space, under the 'My Gifts' tab.
💲This gift code works like referral credits : if you choose a cheaper workshop, you'll have the difference to use on a future purchase; if you choose a more expensive workshop, you'll have to top it up with the payment method of your choice.
Please note that the validity of a gift code ends on the date on which you make the reservation.
In other words, there's no problem booking a workshop that takes place after the expiry date, as long as you place your order before then! 😃
➡️ Please note: it is possible to convert your reservation to a gift card if, and only if, you do so within the time allowed, D-4 before the workshop. The same applies to cancellations, postponements and refunds.
