What should I do if my gift code no longer works or is marked as already used?

If you have already registered for a workshop and it has been cancelled, your gift card will be considered as already used: check your personal space under 'My Workshops' to make sure you don't have a workshop waiting to be replaced on a new date!

All you have to do is choose a new date directly from this section.

You can also choose to convert your booking into a gift card valid for any of our workshops. Here is an article to guide you through the options available to manage your booking.
