How to View Your Billable and Non-Billable Sessions

Welcome to Wellnite's payment tracking system! This guide will walk you through the steps to access and understand your payment overview on our platform.

Accessing Your Payment Overview

1. Logging In

  • Start by visiting and logging in your dashboard at wellnite.co using your credentials.

2. Account Access

  • After logging in, locate "Account" in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. Click on it to access your account settings.

3. Navigating to Payments

  • Within your account settings, click on "Payments" to access your payment-related information.

Understanding Your Payment Overview

Under the "Overview" section, you'll find a comprehensive view of your session tracking for the current period.

Here's what you'll see:

  1. Member's Name

    • The name of the client you had the session with.

  2. Dates of Sessions

    • The dates on which you conducted your sessions.

  3. Duration

    • The length of each session in terms of duration.

  4. Member Type

    • This indicates whether the client is a Digital Practice client or a Wellnite Member.

  5. Billable Summary

    • An overview of the billable sessions.

Exploring Payment History

In the "Payment History" section, you can access your overall payment history since you started using the Wellnite platform and having sessions.

Ensuring Complete Payment History

If you notice that payment history from the previous month is missing, please check your Deel payment details by visiting https://app.deel.com/login.

Understanding Billable Sessions

When a session is considered "billable," it means that it qualifies for payment even if the session did not take place. For instance:

  • If you have a session booked for the day, but the client doesn't show up, the payment overview will display the client's name, the booked session length, and indicate "billable."

  • Wellnite covers full session rates for no-shows (after 15 mins) and late-cancellations (within less than 24 hrs).
