Through our innovative Wellnite Collaborative Model, you can enhance your earnings, save time, and enjoy greater flexibility in delivering high-quality mental healthcare services online. By participating in this program, you will earn Wellbits, a unique digital currency that can be exchanged for cash via Deel or various perks and rewards in the future.
Navigating to the Collaboration Page
To access your Digital Practice, log into wellnite.co.
Click on Account in the upper right-hand corner.
Select Digital Practice.
Proceed to Collaboration.

Incentives that Inspire
Here’s an overview of the opportunities our Collaborative Model offers to Wellnite providers interested in broadening their network and digital practice:
Each time a provider you’ve introduced to the platform or an associate you’re guiding successfully wraps up an OOP Digital Practice session, you’re not just a spectator of their progress – you’re also securing a substantial 50 Wellbits, our esteemed currency of achievement.
Another avenue of opportunity arises when your referral or associate conducts just 2 sessions weekly, this could lead to up to 100 Wellbits being credited to your account. Given the conversion of 10 Wellbits to $1, this implies a potential weekly earning of $10 derived solely from their active involvement.
As your network expands, and you welcome more referrals and associates into your fold, the prospect of generating significant passive income from the sessions they successfully complete becomes even more promising. But the story doesn’t conclude here; these very referrals and associates possess the chance to emulate your success by introducing their own colleagues to the platform.

1. Referral Incentive (One-time)
Earn 500 Wellbits for every provider you refer who signs our contract and becomes part of the Wellnite community.
2. Supervision Incentive (One-time)
Mentorship is valued at Wellnite. We reward supervisors with 100 Wellbits when assigned with an associate.
3. Session Incentives (Recurring)
Clients refer to your existing clients and potential clients that register through your Digital Practice Registration Link.
Wellnite Members avail of our subscription plans and are skillfully matched to providers occasionally as caseload support.

Earn 50 Wellbits for every session completed by you, your associates, and/or referred colleagues with an Out-of-Pocket Digital Practice client.
Earn 25 Wellbits for every completed session by you, your associates, and/or referred colleagues with an In-network Digital Practice client.
Earn 10 Wellbits for every completed session by you, your associates, and/or referred colleagues with an Out-of-Pocket Wellnite member.
Earn 5 Wellbits for every completed session by you, your associates, and referred colleagues with a Wellnite member or In-network insurance panel client.
As previously mentioned, you can exchange Wellbits for cash through Deel, where 10 Wellbits are equivalent to $1.
Building a Supportive Network of Colleagues
We recognize the significance of a supportive community, which is why our platform is specifically designed to foster collaboration among providers. As a Wellnite member, you have the exciting opportunity to refer your colleagues to join our platform or supervise associates. In doing so, you not only contribute to the growth of our community but also earn valuable Wellbits as a reward.
Furthermore, as your referrals or associates make progress in their work, you continue to accumulate Wellbits as an acknowledgment of your support and mentorship.
1. Referrals
You'll find a list of your referrals – providers who have used your referral code in their Verification Form and successfully signed the contract.
Monitor their session progress and earned Wellbits when you click on "View", which contributes to your earnings as the referrer.
Send your referral code found in Progress to your referral and instruct them to place this code in the referral section Verification Form which is the first step to become a Wellnite Provider
Select "yes" in the dropdown for both questions
Type or paste the code given by the referrer.
If your referral has not yet reflected on the list after their onboarding, they could have faced an error or made a mistake in using your referral code. Please reach out to the team via chat, phone (415) 767-1564, or email us at providers@wellnite.com if they have not yet reflected.
2. Associates
The list of your assigned supervisees, along with their earned Wellbits through completed sessions that also contribute to your earnings, is accessible here.
Your referrals and associates will not earn Wellbits from the sessions you have conducted, they will begin earning aside from conducting their own sessions when they start referring their colleagues and further building the network.
Connecting Through Greetings
Use the "send greetings" messaging feature to encourage connection and collaboration.
Collaborative Progress
The Collaborative Progress section displays your current Wellbit earnings and collaborative progress from different session types. Detailed monitoring is available under the "Progress" button.
The "Cash!" button enables cashing out your Wellbits, reflecting in your Deel invoice for the next payment cycle.
Your referral code is copyable for sharing.
Balance and transaction history of previously cashed out Wellbits can be easily reviewed.
Referring a Colleague Who is Under Supervision
When you refer a colleague to the platform and they sign a contract with us, you will receive a one-time reward of 500 Wellbits as recruitment rewards.
Moreover, if you hold full licensure and are a certified supervisor, you become eligible to assume the role of an active supervisor. In this capacity, you will receive an additional 100 Wellbits for each associate under your supervision.
As your associates complete sessions, you and your assigned associate, will earn Wellbits in accordance with the type of session they complete throughout their journey.
The total number of assigned associates is mandated by state regulations and the supervisory board. If your referred colleague becomes your associate, you only earn Wellbits as described above
Referring a Fully Licensed Colleague
When you refer a colleague to the platform and they sign a contract with us, you will receive a one-time reward of 500 Wellbits as recruitment rewards.
As your colleagues complete sessions, you and your colleagues, will earn Wellbits in accordance with the type of session they complete throughout their journey.
There is no limit on the number of colleagues you can refer into the platform.
