My payment was declined. What should I do?

Learn why your payment may be declined and what steps to take if your card or payment method isn't working.

If your payment didn't go through, there may be a few ways to fix it quickly:

  1. Check your card settings

    1. Make sure your card or payment method is enabled for international and online transactions

  2. Try another payment method

    1. If you have another card or payment option available, try using that instead.

  3. Contact your bank or payment provider

    1. Your bank may have declined the transaction for security reasons.

    2. Ask them to approve the transaction or allow international/online transactions.

Unsupported Countries (Debit/Credit Card)

Due to restrictions, debit and credit card payments are not supported from the following regions :

  1. Afghanistan

  2. Bangladesh

  3. Burundi

  4. Belarus

  5. China

  6. Cuba

  7. Eritrea

  8. Iraq

  9. Iran

  10. North Korea

  11. Libya

  12. Morocco

  13. Myanmar (Burma)

  14. Russia

  15. Sudan

  16. Somalia

  17. South Sudan

  18. Syria

  19. United States of America

  20. Venezuela

  21. Yemen

  22. Zimbabwe
