If you're seeing an error like "Unable to run photo session" while trying to complete identity verification (KYC), here are quick solutions you can try depending on your device.

๐Ÿ“ฑ For iOS Users

โœ… Solution 1: Enable Camera Permissions

It's possible that camera access is disabled for the Wello app.

  1. Go to your iPhone Settings

  2. Scroll down and tap Wello

  3. Tap Camera

  4. Toggle the switch to On

This allows the app to access your camera when needed.

โ†บ Solution 2: Restart & Retry

If camera access is already enabled and you're still getting the error:

  1. Close the Wello app completely

  2. Restart your iPhone

  3. Open the Wello app again and try your verification process once more

Make sure camera access is granted to Wello:

  1. Go to your Android Settings

  2. Tap Apps > Wello

  3. Tap Permissions

  4. Tap Camera and choose Allow
