Your Welmi subscription on Android is managed by Google Play, not by Welmi directly. To cancel it, you need to do it from the Google Play app on your phone.
Note: This cancels your Welmi Pro subscription (the recurring plan that gives access to the app). If you also bought the Welmi AI Bundle (Body Scan + AI Health Report), that is a one-time purchase and does not need to be cancelled — it stays on your account permanently.
Steps
Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device.
Tap your profile icon in the top right corner.
Go to Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions.
Find Welmi in the list and tap it.
Tap Cancel subscription.
Confirm the cancellation when prompted.
That's it — your subscription will stop renewing at the end of the current billing period. You will keep access to paid features until that date.
Important
Deleting the Welmi app does not cancel your subscription. You have to cancel it in Google Play, otherwise you will keep being charged.
Cancelling stops future charges. It does not refund past payments. If you want a refund, see How to request a refund on Android.
You can re-subscribe at any time from inside the Welmi app.
How to check if the cancellation worked
Open Google Play.
Tap the profile icon in the top right.
Go to Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions.
Your Welmi subscription should be listed with its current status. A cancelled subscription will show an end date instead of a renewal date.
