How to request a refund for Welmi on Android

Refunds for purchases made through Google Play — including your Welmi subscription and one-time purchases like the Welmi AI Bundle (Body Scan + AI Health Report) — are processed by Google, not by Welmi. We cannot refund you directly — you have to request it from Google Play.

Steps

  1. Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device.

  2. Tap your profile icon in the top right corner.

  3. Go to Payments and subscriptionsBudget and order history.

  4. Find the Welmi purchase you want refunded and tap it.

  5. Tap Report a problem.

  6. Choose a reason from the list and submit your request.

Google will review your request and respond by email, usually within a few business days.

Important

  • Google decides whether to approve the refund, not Welmi. We have no technical access to Google Play payments and cannot process refunds for Google Play purchases ourselves.

  • Google Play has a 48-hour automatic refund window for new purchases. After 48 hours, refunds are reviewed manually and are not guaranteed.

  • Requesting a refund does not automatically cancel your subscription. If you also want to stop future charges, follow How to cancel your Welmi subscription on Android separately.

If your refund was denied or you can't find the "Report a problem" option

Google Play offers several refund request channels. If one denies your request, try the others — each routes to Google Play's own staff, and a refund refused via one channel may still be approved via another.

  1. Google Play web — visit play.google.com/store/accountOrder history → find the Welmi purchase → Request a refund.

  2. Google Play support form — visit support.google.com/googleplay → choose Refund as the topic → Contact us → fill out the request.

  3. Receipt email from Google — find the Google Play payment receipt in your email; there is usually a Request a refund button near the bottom of the message.

  4. Google Play Store app — open the app → tap your profile icon (top right) → Help & feedback → pick a topic → Contact us → request a chat, email, or callback with Google Play support. Explain that you were not aware of the auto-renewal and want a refund.

Welmi has no access to Google Play payments and cannot process Google Play refunds ourselves — every channel above goes through Google.
