If you are unable to log back into your WeMoney account and have forgotten your password, simply follow the steps below:

  1. Click on the ‘Forgot password?’ button;

  2. Enter the email address associated with your WeMoney account. It’s important to note that the password reset email is only sent to WeMoney accounts that are registered via email/password - accounts created via social sign-in (Facebook, Google or Apple) will not receive this email.

If you did not receive an email, it could possibly mean:

  1. You initially signed up for WeMoney via social sign-in (Facebook, Google or Apple). In this case, please try logging in via social sign-in and resetting your password to Facebook, Google or Apple to regain access to your WeMoney account.

  2. The password reset email has ended up in your spam folder. Check to see if the message is there and make sure you don't have WeMoney marked as spam!

If you have tried all of the above and something seems to be blocking WeMoney emails or you have forgotten how you signed up, send us a message via the WeMoney App or email us at hello@wemoney.com.au.
