NOTE: Simply deleting the WeMoney App will not delete your user account. If you delete the app, but you don’t delete your user account, your account information will still be associated with an active account.
If you would like to permanently remove your WeMoney account and related information, you can do so by following these steps:
Open the WeMoney App;
Go to Settings, which can be found by tapping the ‘Settings’ cog icon on the top right hand side of the Home Screen;
Scroll down and select ‘My Details’, you will then be able to see all of your personal details that were entered upon signup;
Beneath these details you can select ‘Delete Account’. Once complete, you will have permanently deleted your WeMoney account and related information.
