How to Make an Invoice for Bulk Orders

Process bulk orders through the invoice tool

Aside from the POS, there's actually another way that you can process sales on Wemu. For bulk orders especially, the invoice tool comes in really handy.

*Note that the invoice tool, just like the POS, can be accessed through the mobile app.

To create an invoice, navigate over to the Invoice page by clicking on the Invoice icon

At this page, you’ll see all of the invoices you’ve created so far. To create a new invoice, tap on Create Invoice at the top right of the screen.

Now, just fill in the required fields, and click on Create once you’re satisfied.

You'll notice that the invoice tool allows you to set special prices and custom discounts for bulk orders.

If you don’t need to send your customer the invoice right now, you can click on Save as Draft. If you do this, you’ll still be able to come back to this invoice and make edits at the Invoice page.

But if you wish to send the invoice now, click on Send Now.

The next page will show you how your final invoice will look like. Once everything looks good, hit Send Now.

Once you’ve sent the invoice, you’ll be able to view it here on the Invoice page

Once you’ve confirmed payment for the transaction, you can also mark the invoices as paid here by clicking on the three dots and then clicking on Mark as Paid
