How Customers Can Buy Your Products on the Marketplace

Where customers will see you and how they can place orders

Note that the Wemu Marketplace has three sections, and this tutorial applies to businesses that sell on the Shop and Food sections.

Once you have your business set up on Wemu, added in your products, and made them available on the Wemu Marketplace, this is how your online storefront will look like.

Your customers can find your store, through your unique Marketplace URL.

This is where your customers can buy your products super quick and easy.

Once your customer chooses his products, he can specify the quantity and add it to his cart.

He can access his cart on the top right corner of the page. Here the customer can input his shipping address by clicking on Edit beside Shipping Address and then clicking Add New.

Next, the customer will fill in his name and address details and click Add.

Once an address is added in, this address will now be saved to the customer’s profile and can be used for any succeeding purchases with just a single click.

Now, all the customer has to do is enter in his phone number and proceed to checkout

Upon checking out the customer will be notified that you have received their order and will also receive an automated message from our chatbot.
