Task planning, scheduling, and mobile calendar

Assign Tasks to team members. To see the team calendar, add new or update tasks, navigate to the Tasks page by clicking on the clipboard icon on the left.

Select the branch at the top.

And the date you want to view. By default, you will be looking at the schedule of the current day.

Or click on Monthly View to see the tasks and services schedule for the month.

To create a task click on the Create Task button or any available time slot

Assign the task to a team member and name the task. You can also include subtasks to any task or service.

Then select a day, start time, and end time for the task. You can also add notes for every task.

Once you're done, click on Add to save the new Task.

You can view the scheduled tasks or services in day view or month view.

The Tasks page is also where you can schedule appointments with customers.
