OKRs tend to be hierarchical, allowing all individuals to contribute to the success of the organisation and the overall company goals.
Within WeThrive, the OKRs follow this structure:
Administrators can load in a set of Company Goals that are visible to all users managers and employees alike.
Managers can add their own Manager OKR for their department to this Company Goal - showcasing how they/their team will be helping to meet the Company Goal.
Employees assigned to that manager can add their own individual Employee OKRs to their Manager's OKR.
Employees can also add their own employee OKRs directly to the Company Goal.
