As clients run more regular surveys and usage increases, WeThrive must ensure the highest standard of service is delivered to clients. This means ensuring there is enough time ahead of survey launches to properly prepare. As a result, the following policy now applies to all survey set ups.
Concierge fee for short notice survey set ups
If the client requires full support in setting up their next survey, they must give at least 7 days notice.
The Account Manager must be informed of the request for support 7 days ahead of the survey launch date. This ensures there is an adequate amount of time to complete the survey preparation tasks required ahead of launch.
If a client would like their Account Manager to support in preparation for a survey launching in less than 7 days, a concierge fee of £495 will be applied.
This allows the team to prioritise the survey preparation. The fee includes the follow services:
Formatting & uploading employee data
Updating email templates
Uploading custom questions
Sending test surveys
Scheduling the survey
If the client would rather complete the survey preparation tasks themselves, they can use the help guides available in the help centre to complete the above tasks.
This policy enables WeThrive to continue providing the highest level of service to clients.
Additional services
WeThrive offer a range of additional support services to clients, some of which are included free of charge during the first year of the subscription (usually 1 survey results presentation pack, 1 results review call & 1 manager training session). If clients require any of the below additional services outside of their agreed contract terms, the following fees will apply.
