The WeThrive engagement results are most easily accessed via the platform. However, there are occasions where top-level results need to be shared offline. Below are instructions of how and where you can download different elements of the results to collate offline.
Download 16 scores bar graph
From your dashboard, download a bar graph displaying your 16 average scores for the 16 aspects of work measured in the survey.
Click 'Surveys' in the main menu > click the 'Dashboard' icon against your survey.
Click the pink download icon on the right hand side of your graph to download as a JPEG or PNG image (to exclude the min/max lines from the graph, click the labels underneath the graph before downloading).
Download heatmaps
Download the scores broken down by your different filter segments e.g. by Team, Location, Manager etc.
Click 'Surveys' in the main menu > click the 'Heatmap' icon against your survey.
Choose the segments you want to compare using the 'Group data by' drop down e.g. to compare team results, select 'Team' from the drop down.
Use the filters underneath to narrow down the results shown on the heatmap to a particular group e.g. look at the teams in one location, by keeping your 'Group data by' option as 'Team' and using the 'Location' filter to select a location.
Click the pink download icon on the right hand side of your graph to download as a JPEG or PNG image.
You can also export the dataset into an excel file using the orange 'Export heatmap' button but this will not include the colour formatting.
Exporting comments
Export team comments
When completing the survey, employees have the chance to leave comments and ideas in the areas they scored lowest. You can download these comments from your dashboard.
Click 'Surveys' in the main menu > click the 'Dashboard' icon against your survey.
Click 'Export comments' to download into a spreadsheet.
Apply filters to your dashboard before downloading if you want to export the comments from one particular segment of people e.g. one 'Team'.
Strengths and opportunities
If you included the two optional questions in your survey (what's great about work/one thing you would change for the better), you will have comments to view for these questions.
Whilst these cannot be exported, they can easily be copy and pasted and added to the exported spreadsheet with your team comments.
Click 'Surveys' in the main menu > click the 'Dashboard' icon against your survey.
Click the 'Strengths and Opportunities' button.
Click on each of the two tabs to switch between the 2 questions.
Highlight all of the comments, copy and paste them into your chosen doc or spreadsheet.
To view comments for a particular segment, filter your dashboard before viewing the comments.
Custom question results
If you added your own questions to the survey, you can export these as soon as the survey closes. The data will export into a spreadsheet which can then be used to create some visuals.
Export custom question results
Go to 'Settings' in the right hand corner of your account (cogs icon).
Click 'Export'
From the drop down, select the survey you'd like to export questions for.
Change your 'Group data by' to choose how you'd like the results to be organised e.g. view the responses by 'Team' or 'Location'.
Select any filters if you want to export the results for a smaller segment.
Click the 'Custom Questions Data Download' link to export into a spreadsheet.
Put scores into heatmap format
The data for custom questions exports into a spreadsheet. When WeThrive's CS team provide analysis as an additional service, they use templates to put any custom question scores into heatmap and graph format. You can access the template here (see the Heatmap sheet).
1. First, highlight your top row containing your segment names e.g Overall and Team breakdowns, plus highlight each row containing a sliding scale custom question (ones which have an average score between 0 & 10). Copy and paste these into a new sheet.
To continue, watch the short 1 minute video or follow the steps below.
3. Multiple all of the scores by 10 to create percentages, using the formula:
=[CELLNUMBER]*10
4. Drag this down or along to create percentages for all of the scores.
5. Highlight these, copy and 'Paste Values' into the cells where the original scores were to replace them.
6. Highlight the whole set of data including your questions and top row of segment names, and copy.
7. Use the heatmap template, click your mouse in the cell above the first templated question, and 'Paste values'. Your questions and scores will populate the template.
8. If you have more questions or segments than are included in the template, highlight a row or column in your heatmap and use the 'Format' icon to apply this same formatting to the rows or columns that aren't currently displaying as part of the heatmap.
Create graphs for radio button/multiple choice custom questions
If you have included radio button/multiple choice questions, you can use our template to create pie charts and graphs.
Highlight the radio button question, results and the segment names shown above the answers e.g. the 'Team' names.
Copy the area, and then open up the template for radio buttons in this spreadsheet.
'Paste values' into the table and the graph will update with your figures.
To add extra rows or columns to the graphs, click in the graph area and then adjust the dataset that is highlighted in your table to include additional cells.
