What is the Ratings feature?
The Ratings feature is designed to give organisations the ability to create their own set of criteria that can then be sent to employees to self-assess, managers can rate their team members on the same criteria, and together the employee and manager can come to a set of agreed ratings.
What topics could the ratings cover?
These ratings could be related to anything, for example:
Performance based (productivity, ability to meet deadlines, accuracy, reliability, ability to resolve challenges independently, attention to detail)
Collaboration and culture (willingness to support others, communication with others, adaptability, proactiveness, going beyond the job scope)
Growth and future potential (effort towards skill improvement, acceptance of feedback, demonstrates ownership, potential to lead projects, potential for promotion)
Living up to company values (embodies set of company values, contributes positively to morale)
Compliance and process adherence (adherence to rules and regulations, safety or processes)
How does it work?
Admin creates a set of ratings - there can be multiple sections within the set of ratings.
Ratings can be sent to employees on their own or as part of performance review surveys for self-assessment.
Managers are then able to rate employees on this same set of criteria (these can be hidden from employees' view).
Managers can then view the employee's self-assessments.
Managers and employees can come to an agreed set of ratings together.
All 3 versions of ratings are saved and can be referred back to.
